How do you come up with interesting characters? Where can you find good ideas for stories? How do you figure out things like point of view and tense? And what should you do if you get stuck?

In these hands-on workshops presented in partnership with Warrnambool Library, author Nova Weetman shares what she’s learned from her writing career with fun creative exercises and lots of helpful tips. You will learn how to help move your story forward when you’re stuck; work interactively to explore character motivations; and map out different ways to bring those stories and characters to life.

Budding wordsmiths will discover everything they need to get started on their own writing journey.
