Placing an order

I can't find the book I'm looking for. What should I do?

Please contact sales@uqp.uq.edu.au and we can assist you! Please also note that we only sell books published by the University of Queensland Press. For all other titles, please contact your local book seller.

I'm a School/ Bookseller/ UQP Author/ Institution. How do I set up a wholesale account?

Please contact our team sales@uqp.uq.edu.au and we can help set this up for you.

Can I get signed copies?

We have limited availability of signed copies, and will advertise these on our website when we do. If you have a specific request please contact sales@uqp.uq.edu.au and we can check if there are signed stock available at the time.

I need recommendations for a book. Can you help?

Absolutely! Please contact sales@uqp.uq.edu.au and we will happily curate a list of recommendations for you.

How do I know my order has been successfully placed?

All orders that are sucessfully placed are being packed for delivery. You will receive a receipt on completion of payment.

Delivery and shipping

Can I pay online and pick up my book from a physical outlet?

Unfortunately we don't have a physical outlet and are unable to offer a pick up service. If you would prefer to pick up from a physical outlet, we recommend contacting your local bookseller.

I need my books in a hurry. So you have an express option?

We will always try our best to get your books in a hurry! Please contact sales@uqp.uq.edu.au and we can assist you further.

What if my delivery doesn't arrive/ arrives damaged?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. Please contact sales@uqp.uq.edu.au so that we can assist you further.

Do you ship to rural/ remote areas?

Yes we do! Please ensure you provide us with a street address as our courier service doesn't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our standard international shipping flat rate is $20 AUD to all countries outside Australia and New Zealand. Processing of international orders is ultimately at the discretion of UQP and may incur extra shipping costs.

How does Sendle work?

Sendle is a door-to-door courier service. Once your order is processed you will be emailed a tracking link and delivery estimate.

Do you ship large orders?

We do. Please contact sales@uqp.uq.edu.au. Processing of orders is ultimately at the discretion of UQP and any large orders might attract extra shipping costs.
