2022 UQP Quentin Bryce Award event

Join Dame Quentin Bryce AD CVO in conversation with Mirandi Riwoe as they discuss her award-winning short story collection The Burnished Sun. This event, hosted by Riverbend Books, will be hosted by Professor Bronwyn Lea (Head of School of Communications and Arts at UQ).

Dame Quentin Bryce says of this years winner, The Burnished Sun: 'What a remarkable and skilful writer Mirandi Riwoe is. I was an admirer of her novel, Stone Sky Gold Mountain, but the sheer breadth of talent showcased across this collection of fiction is astounding.'
