UQP wins at the 2023 ABIAs
UQP are thrilled to announce that we have won the 2023 Small Publisher of the Year at this years' Australian Book Industry Awards. The ABIAs celebrate the finest talent in the book business, and have also awarded Siang Lu and Wavesound's The Whitewash for Best Audiobook.
This is the third year in a row that UQP have been awarded Small Publisher of the Year. It's a testament to the hard work our small team put in every day to deliver the very best books we can.
On Small Publisher of the Year, the judges said:
‘Every small publisher offers something unique to the cultural landscape of Australia. The judging panel was impressed by the commitment to diversity and representation and the willingness to publish in an exciting range of formats and genres.’
