Dr Tracy Westerman's 'Jilya' Shortlisted for the Western Australian Premier's Non-Fiction Book of the Year

Congratulations to Dr Tracy Westerman whose powerful memoir Jilya has been shortlisted for the 2025 Western Australian Premier's Non-Fiction Book of the Year.

Through the State Library of Western Australia, an independent judging panel of readers, writers, book sellers and story lovers have shortlisted Jilya.

Congratulations once again to Tracy on this huge achievement. The winner will be announced on August 27.
