Biography

Steven Lang is the author of three novels, An Accidental Terrorist, which won Premiers’ Literary Awards in two states, 88 Lines about 44 Women, which was shortlisted for both the NSW and Queensland Premier’s Literary Awards for Fiction, and Hinterland, which was shortlisted for the ALS Gold Medal in 2018. He co-directs Outspoken, an extended writers’ festival which takes the form of occasional conversations with major Australian and international writers. Steven lives in Maleny in south-east Queensland.
