Kenneth Wiltshire is J.D. Story Professor of Public Administration at the University of Queensland and a past president (Queensland Division) and National Fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Public Administration. He is the author of a number of books on public administration, federalism and government-business relations and a contributing editor to several scholarly journals. He is currently chairperson of the Australian National Commission for UNESCO and chaired a review of the Queensland school curriculum. People, Places and Policies: Aspects of Qld Government 1859-1920, which he co-authored with Kay Cohen, was published by UQP in 1996.
